Initiate Your Request
Log into your Grandeur account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the unworn garments with all designer tags attached into the original shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of inspection.
